Credit Card Authorization Service Suspension due to System Maintenance

Due to the annual disaster recovery drill of the authorization switching system conducted by the National Credit Card Center (NCCC), credit card authorization services will be temporarily unavailable during the following periods:

• 24 Mar 2026, 02:00 – 05:30 (Taiwan Time, UTC+8)
• 13 Apr 2026, 02:00 – 05:30 (Taiwan Time, UTC+8)

During these periods, 2–3 switching operations will be performed (each lasting approximately 30–40 minutes), and credit card authorization transactions may not be processed successfully.

Affected services:

• TWD credit card transactions
• TWD Apple Pay transactions
