Thank you for your support of the "Share Your 'Star' News! Customer Satisfaction Survey" event held by STARLUX Airlines Co., Ltd. ("STARLUX Airlines"). Terms & Conditions
- STARLUX AIRLINES CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "STARLUX Airlines" or “we”) reserves the right to determine whether this survey is completed in its entirety. The interpretation, modification, adjustment, or termination of this survey (including method of the lucky draw and prize usage restrictions) shall be at STARLUX Airlines’ discretion.
- STARLUX Airlines conducts the customer survey, collects your personal information and notifies the following matters in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act” of Taiwan:
- Personal data collected by STARLUX Airlines during this customer survey will be used and shared with Qualtrics within Taiwan territory (including its outlying islands) for statistical purposes (including but not limited to description, evaluation, and analysis) and prize delivery process.
- The items of collected personal data include but not limited to gender, age, email.
- The retention period of personal information: the duration of the purpose of collection and operation of business which may be necessarily required.
- The rights you have : you may exercise the right including but not limited to correct, review, delete the personal information.
- Please refer to STARLUX Airlines’ Privacy Policy for further information, including purpose of personal data collection, collecting method, data usage, object of disclosure, data retention period, collecting items (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10), and your rights that you may exercise.
- You may choose not to provide STARLUX Airlines personal information; in that case, please kindly understand that your rights to join the survey and/or lucky draw, and the delivery of prize may be affected.
- According to the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), if the value of a prize exceeds NT$1,000, it must be included in the winner’s annual personal consolidated income tax declaration. The winner is required to provide a copy of both the front and back of their National Identification Card for tax withholding purposes. If the total prize value exceeds NT$20,000, a 10% tax on the prize value will be withheld at the source (for flight tickets, the prize value is calculated based on the lowest available fare in the class of service issued at the time of ticketing, which may vary depending on the route). For the winners who are not residents of the Republic of China (i.e., individuals—citizen or foreigner—who have not resided in Taiwan for at least 183 days within a taxable year), a 20% withholding tax will be applied to the full amount of the prize, regardless of the prize value. If a winner fails to provide the necessary documents or pay the required withholding tax after being notified by the company, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. In such cases, the forfeited prize will not be awarded to the next eligible candidate.
- The mileage awarded under this campaign will not be counted towards tier qualification or renewal under the STARLUX Airlines COSMILE membership program. Only individuals who are registered COSMILE members at the time of award issuance are eligible to receive the mileage award. Click here to register as a STARLUX Airlines COSMILE member. The remaining usage instructions and restrictions of the mileage awarded will be provided to the winner along with the prize notification for their reference. STARLUX Airlines will notify winners via email by December 2025. Winners may be advised to provide designated information for verification and prize fulfillment purposes, subject to passenger’s membership status. Fail to provide the required membership information by assigned date, or submit incorrect or unverifiable information will be deemed as forfeiting the award.
