STARLUX Airlines Response to Thailand Earthquake

Due to the impact of the recent earthquake in Thailand, passengers who meet the eligibility may apply for a ticket refund or rebooking under this policy:
1. Eligibility
Passengers holding a confirmed STARLUX Airlines (189) ticket issued on or before March 28, 2025 with original flight dates to/from Thailand between March 28, 2025, and April 4, 2025, are eligible.
2. Application
• Refund or rebooking requests must be processed by June 30, 2025 to qualify for this policy.
• To avoid incurring a No-Show Fee, please submit rebooking or refund request prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Passengers who have completed ticket refunds or rebooking on or before March 27, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund of the fees already charged.
3. Rebooking/Reissue
Passengers may rebook once without any fees, provided the new flight is on the same route and booking class, and departs within 14 days of the original departure date and within the ticket’s validity period. For changes outside of these conditions, the reissue fee will still be waived once, but any differences in fare, taxes, fuel surcharges, or service fees must be paid by the passenger.
• For tickets purchased via STARLUX Website, Customer Service Center, or Airport Counters, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center for assistance.
• For tickets purchased through travel agencies, please contact the original issuing agency for rebooking.
• Ancillary services, such as seat selection, are subject to availability on the new flight.
• If the original cabin class is unavailable on the new flight, fare, tax, and fuel surcharge differences will be recalculated based on the original ticketing date. The difference will be collected or refunded, with the reissue fee waived once.
4. Refunds
Passengers may opt for a refund with the refund fee waived.
• For tickets purchased via STARLUX Website, Customer Service Center, or Airport Counters, please apply through “Refund Application”.
• For tickets bought through travel agencies, contact the original agency.
• Unused ancillary services will be fully refunded.
• Booking Service Charge will be refunded if the ticket is completely unused.
5. Non-Applicable Tickets
• Award Tickets and Free & Reduced Fare Tickets (ID/AD/DM) are ineligible. Please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center for further assistance.
• For group tickets, please contact the issuing travel agency.
