Share your “Star” news! 2024 STARLUX Airlines Satisfaction Survey Officially Launch!


Thank you for flying with STARLUX Airlines. We sincerely invite you to share your travel experiences and join the 2024 Passenger Satisfaction Survey. Your comment is very important for our improvement, and we hope to create better travel experiences with you.


During the survey period, STARLUX Airlines will randomly send the passenger satisfaction questionnaires to our customers. Simply complete and submit the questionnaire upon receipt, you will have a chance to win a round-trip ticket to any U.S./Asia destinations operated by STARLUX Airlines or special gifts!

  1. Event Information

    Event Period: August 5th, 2024 to October 31st, 2024


    Eligibility: Passengers aged 18 and above who flown on a STARLUX Airlines operating flight during the event period.


    How to participate:

    • The survey will be daily and randomly sent by the system. It takes about 5-10 minutes to complete, subject to individual condition.
    • Complete and submit the survey within 7 days upon receipt to be eligible for the lucky draw.
    • The lucky draw will be conducted by computer, under the supervision of a qualified lawyer.
    • Winner list will be published on STARLUX Airlines official website on November 29th, 2024, and the winners will be notified via email.

    • STARLUX Airlines Flight Tag Keyring (random style): 120 Winners

    1. STARLUX AIRLINES CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "STARLUX Airlines" or “we”) reserves the right to determine whether this survey is completed in its entirety. The interpretation, modification, adjustment, or termination of this survey (including method of the lucky draw) shall be at STARLUX Airlines’ discretion.
    2. STARLUX Airlines conducts the customer survey, collects your personal information and notifies the following matters in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act” of Taiwan:
      • Personal data collected by STARLUX Airlines during this customer survey will be used and shared with NielsenIQ Taiwan Ltd. (“NielsenIQ”) within Taiwan territory (including its outlying islands) for statistical purposes (including but not limited to description, evaluation, and analysis) and prize delivery process.
      • The items of collected personal data include but not limited to gender, age, email.
      • The retention period of personal information: the duration of the purpose of collection and operation of business which may be necessarily required.
      • The rights you have : you may exercise the right including but not limited to correct, review, delete the personal information.
      • Please refer to STARLUX Airlines’ Privacy Policy for further information, including purpose of personal data collection, collecting method, data usage, object of disclosure, data retention period, collecting items (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10), and your rights that you may exercise.
    3. You may choose not to provide STARLUX Airlines personal information; in that case, please kindly understand that your rights to join the survey and/or lucky draw, and the delivery of prize may be affected.
    4. The terms and conditions of “STARLUX Complimentary Ticket Certificate” shall be applied to the prize of flight tickets in this event.
