*No-show tickets are not eligible for fee waiver.

*Only the reissue fee is waived – other charges such as refund, no-show, name change, and ticketing service fees still apply.

*For tickets purchased through a travel agency, USD 50 ticketing service fee will still be applied if reissued through STARLUX call center or ticket counter.
